Boulder Neighborhoods
More than 22,000 CU students live off-campus, and after the first year, most transition into one of Boulder’s many student-populated neighborhoods. There are no designated “student-only” areas in Boulder, so it's important to research and identify a neighborhood that aligns with individual needs and lifestyle. Living in Boulder also involves understanding and adhering to city and state ordinances, which are essential for all residents.
