Rental Licensing

Every rental unit in the City of Boulder is required to have a rental license. See if a property is licensed by searching the address on the city's rental housing property list, which is updated daily and contains all residential rental properties that are currently licensed.

Additionally, the map below contains reports of licensed residential rental properties on specific parcels. Search the map by address and select the highlighted parcel and license Information to view the report. Rental property information is only viewable for fully licensed rental properties, and licenses in progress, expired, or closed are not viewable.
